WHEN: Every Wednesday from June 18th to August 27th at 9:00AM in our theater to work on your strength and balance with Rosa.

Rosa Bella Vole has been teaching Yoga and Meditation in Little Compton since 2017. She earned a 200 hour certification from Kripalu Yoga Center in Stockbridge, MA and a 500 hour certification from Samatva Yogalaya in Rishikesh, India. Rosa has studied and taught Yoga and Meditation around the world including Mexico, Costa Rica, Chile, Africa, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Singapore. Her favorite spot in the world is still Little Compton. Never one to take herself too seriously Rosa brings her love of life and easy smile to all of her practices.

Rosa Bella Volpe has been awarded a grant from The Friends of Brownell Library to teach weekly Meditation Classes at Brownell Library (Mondays 9:00–10:00AM) and weekly Yoga Classes at the Little Compton Community Center (Wednesdays 9:00–10:00AM).

WHEN: Mondays at 9:15AM

Start your week off right with personal trainer Jenifer “Jen” Meyer! Jen is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher (200 RYT) who utilizes a holistic approach to training with a broad range of clients. This 60-minute strength training class is meant to build strength across your several muscle groups. We have both yoga mats and dumbells available for use. Come start your week by breaking a sweat!
