Start your week off right with personal trainer Jennifer “Jen” Meyer! Jen is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher (200 RYT) who utilizes a holistic approach to training with a broad range of clients. This 60-minute strength training class is meant to build strength across your several muscle groups. We have both yoga mats and dumbells available for use. Come start your week by breaking a sweat!
